This is a unique and very good quality Greek honey. Due to the climatic conditions and the soil characteristics that are present for the Greek flora, a great variety of plants can be present in relatively small areas. Therefore, the bees produce a very rich honey, the name of which comes from the plant that predominates in the area where it is harvested, and which differs from the honeys of other countries, which are produced in monocultures. Certain types of honey, such as thyme honey, are not often found in the world. Special Greek honeys are also the honeys of coniferous trees (pine, fir). Store in a dry place away from heat.
