Trata und Flokos
Mackerel FLOKOS contain tender fillets in vegetable oil, which have been cold smoked in a wood-fired oven in our facilities, with extra attention to the smoking duration for a balance of flavor. We use special wood chips in order to obtain a safe smoked product, highlighting a ripe smell and taste. Mackerel FLOKOS retains the distinctive, rich flavor of smoked fish with a subtle saltiness.
For FLOKOS, we only choose fine quality mackerel fillets that have light-colored and tender flesh. With the addition of tomato sauce, the product created combines both healthy nutrition and flavor as well.
